experience The history of Eastthorpe Hall
Hi, I’m Thomas
This house has so many memories for me. It has been my childhood home and part of our family for decades. My parents lovingly restored the hall from near dereliction into the grand space that you see today.
The hall became a national-award-winning health spa and has recently been rejuvenated into a new space, which has phoenixed core wellness principles, to now helping more people to achieve the outcomes they want for their body. Whether its repairing an injury medically or treating an underlying issue using natural remedies, even just coming to relax in the garden here can be a tonic.
Taking care of ourselves shouldn’t be something we do as a response. It should lead the way we live our life. Teaming mindful and medical practices with exercise, a healthy diet and rest, we feel better about ourselves.
